The terms for using this site and booking with Flow Studio Bray.
These terms cover your use of flowstudiobray.ie. They are not our membership or class terms. Those apply when you book or buy, and you will see them in our booking system at that point.
Who runs this site
This website is operated by Bray Strength and Performance Gym Ltd, trading as Flow Yoga & Pilates Studio Bray, of 34 Ardee Street, Bray, Co. Wicklow, A98 W684. You can reach us at info@flowstudiobray.ie.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse the site, read it, and share links to it. Please do not misuse it. That means not attempting to gain access to parts of it that are not public, not interfering with how it works or with anyone else's use of it, not introducing anything harmful to it, and not using it for anything unlawful.
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time. We do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted.
Booking, memberships and payments
Bookings, memberships, class packs, drop-ins, payments and member accounts are handled by GloFox, our booking and membership platform. When you book, buy or log in, you are taken to GloFox's own pages, and GloFox's terms and privacy notice apply to what happens there alongside our own membership and class terms.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. A booking or purchase is only agreed once it is confirmed in the booking system.
Information on this site
We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but we cannot promise it always will be. Class times, teachers, availability and prices change, and some of what you see is drawn from our booking system as it stands at that moment.
If there is ever a difference between what this site shows and what the booking system shows when you go to book or pay, the booking system is the one that counts. Please treat anything here as a guide rather than a guarantee, and check the booking system before you rely on it.
Nothing on this site is medical or health advice. If you have an injury, a health condition, or you are pregnant, please talk to a suitably qualified professional, and tell your teacher before class.
Our content
The words, photographs, video, design, logo and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read the site, print pages and share links for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish or use our content commercially without asking us first. We are usually happy to say yes if you ask.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another site, such as our booking system or our Instagram, we do so because it is useful. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.
Our responsibility to you
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss you suffer through relying on information on the site, or through the site being unavailable or not working as expected.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your legal rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and disputes about them fall to the Irish courts. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you may also have the benefit of the protections and courts of the country you live in.
