This page explains what this website stores in your browser, who puts it there, and how to change your mind. Cookies are small files a site saves on your device. Some other storage works in a similar way, and we have covered that here too.
The choice you are given
When you first arrive, a banner offers you two options:
- Accept analytics. Google Analytics loads and we can see which pages people find useful.
- Essentials only. Google Analytics never loads at all.
The site works exactly the same either way. Nothing is hidden, slowed down or withheld if you choose essentials only, and we do not ask you again on every page.

Your cookie choice
We remember what you chose so the banner does not reappear on every visit. This is stored in your browser's own local storage rather than as a cookie. It stays on your device, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
GloFox, our booking system
The enquiry form on this site is provided by GloFox, as is the class timetable once it is live. GloFox sets its own cookies and similar storage so those work, so it can tell one session from another, and for its own security. These load whichever option you choose on the banner.
We treat these as essential because the booking system is what this site is for. Without it there is no timetable to show and no way to send us an enquiry. That is our decision as the studio, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it.
When you buy something or log in to your member account, GloFox's own pages open in a new tab. At that point you are on GloFox's site, under GloFox's own cookie and privacy terms, not ours.
Optional: only if you accept
Google Analytics 4
Tells us how many people visit and which pages they read, so we can make the site more useful. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_4BWH65LG1X, which last up to two years. If you choose essentials only, none of this is requested and no analytics cookie is ever set.
Advertising, remarketing, ad personalisation and Google Signals are all switched off. We do not run advertising cookies on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your mind at any time, and it takes one click. Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page, or the button below. If you switch analytics off, we stop collecting it from that point.
You can also clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Every browser handles this a little differently, and its help pages will explain how. Clearing your browser storage will also clear the record of your choice here, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.
