Reformer Pilates
Best for · Full-body strength · Controlled movement
A considered approach to strength, control and movement. Reformer Pilates uses spring resistance to challenge the whole body, building strength from the inside out while encouraging you to move with greater awareness and precision.
The reformer looks complicated. It is actually the kindest way to get strong: its springs meet you where you are, then quietly raise the bar, which is why the same class can hold a complete beginner and a seasoned mover. Eight Reformer beds sit at the heart of the studio, and class sizes are intentionally kept small.
