Find your FLOW

There is no one right way to move. Some days you might want to build strength. Some days you might need to slow down, stretch, breathe and simply be. FLOW brings together different forms of movement so you can choose what your body and mind need that day.

The lead practice

Reformer Pilates

A considered approach to strength, control and movement. Reformer Pilates uses spring resistance to challenge the whole body, building strength from the inside out while encouraging you to move with greater awareness and precision.

New heat for Bray

Hot Yoga

Step into the heat and leave the outside world at the door. Our heated yoga practices combine movement, breath and warmth to create a deeply immersive practice, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded.

Then Vinyasa, Sculpt, Yin and more

Energy when you want it, stillness when you need it. Mat Pilates brings the practice back to the floor, Sculpt and Heated Sculpt turn the effort up, Hot Pilates takes the mat into the warmth, Vinyasa and Hatha move with the breath, and Yin and Restorative slow everything down.

The studio

A space to come back to

FLOW was designed to feel like a pause from the outside world.

Warm light, dark wood and soft ceiling drapes create a calm, considered space, with arched mirrors glowing gently against our warm walls. Eight Reformer beds sit at the heart of the studio, creating an intimate setting where movement can feel personal, focused and unhurried.

Our class sizes are intentionally kept small, giving you space to move intentionally and our teachers the time to offer individual guidance, encouragement and care.

Every detail has been considered to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door: whether you're here to work hard, slow down or simply take an hour for yourself.

Bray, Co. Wicklow

Rooted in Bray

Early morning sea swims. The cliff walk to Greystones. Runners along the seafront, friends meeting for coffee, dogs pulling their owners down the promenade. There is a natural rhythm to life here, one that makes movement feel like part of the everyday.

FLOW is proud to be part of that community.

A space in Bray, Co. Wicklow to move, breathe and reconnect, bringing Reformer Pilates, Pilates, Yoga and more into the heart of the town. Somewhere to meet a friend, find your people, take an hour for yourself and leave feeling a little more like you.

Movement has always belonged in Bray. We simply wanted to create a space to enjoy it.

Questions

Answered early

I'm completely new to Pilates or Yoga. Can I come to FLOW?

Absolutely. FLOW is for every body and every experience level. Our teachers will guide you through the practice, with options to make movements more accessible or more challenging depending on what you need.

Which class should I start with?

It depends on what you're looking for. Reformer Pilates is a great place to begin if you want to build strength and become more familiar with Pilates. If you're looking for movement and energy, try Vinyasa or Sculpt. For something slower and more restorative, Yin is a beautiful place to start. If you're not sure, we're always happy to help you find the right class.

Do I need to bring anything?

Come in comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. We provide the equipment you need for your class, and you'll be able to purchase FLOW studio essentials such as grippy socks and water bottles if you need them.

What should I expect from a Hot Yoga or heated class?

Our heated classes take place in a warm studio designed to help you settle into your practice. Come well hydrated, wear comfortable clothing and listen to your body throughout the class. If it's your first heated practice, take it at your own pace, there is no prize for pushing past what feels good.
